It's Monday which means another MEET THE TEAM MONDAY!

Amy has been one of our On-Call-Gardeners for the last couple of years. Whenever we need an extra set of hands on either the Maintenance or Enhancement Team, we can rely on Amy to come in and help! Since starting at PPS, Amy's plant knowledge has grown exponentially and their willingness to jump in and help with whatever is needed is such an asset to our team!

Amy comes to PPS with a degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University and helped work on the Geothermal project last year! They also have experience working with choir and orchestra groups in the community.

When Amy is not working, you can find them judging Robotic competitions, traveling to awesome places (this year Amy went to Thailand and London) and sharing their beautiful voice singing in local groups.

This powerhouse of a team is made up of full time, part time, summer interns, on-call gardeners and nursery staff!

We're missing a few teammates (office + on-call gardeners) but this is the clsoest we have gotten to a full team photo!

Alison is hard at work in the office this week already planning ahead to client's Summer 2024 containers! Yes, you read that right, SUMMER 2024....

PPS works with local growers for guaranteed products, price and great quality plants!

Alison has been in touch with our clients, communicating with our growers, looking through catalogs + getting inspiration from other Container Designers as she focuses on next summer!

You probably wouldn't think September was a Container Designer's busiest month, but it sure is for this designer....on top of planning for Summer 2024, Alison is also planning Fall and Holiday containers 🌺🍂❄️

Everyone say HELLO to Allison!

Allison started working part time at PPS this spring and we are thrilled to have her as part of our team! Allison has excellent plant knowledge thanks to working many years in a few local plant nurseries. She is one of our go to team members when we need help identifying plants and pests.

In her free time, Allison loves to go boating with her HUSBAND (they just got married!), spend time working in her garden, and hanging with her cats!

Give a big warm hello to Lisa! You won't see her in your gardens but she is at our office working diligently away to help serve our clients!

Lisa joined us part time in the summers in the off-season from her primary job at our local school. She has a degree in Criminal Justice from Tompkins Cortland Community College, and has been taking on additional accounting classes since joining us to help her learn more about financial best practices. Lisa works closely with Linda, our Bookkeeper, learning all things quickbooks, data entry and more!

Her hobbies include crafting, spending time with her kids, painting, crochet and gardening.
